With a flat fee structure, riders can enjoy the ease of paying $3.50 per one-way trip, opt for a 10-ride coupon book for $28, or in the case of Naugatuck locations, a slightly higher rate of $7.00 per ride based on the pickup location. To utilize Dial-A-Ride, older adults are encouraged to schedule their rides in advance, allowing for efficient planning and coordination. Riders can make payments in cash and benefit from shared rides, promoting social interactions and community connections.
