Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability.

HARTFlex & HARTPlus is a paratransit program designed to provide accessible transportation options for individuals with disabilities or conditions that prevent them from using traditional public transportation. This program offers shared van rides at a cost of $4.00 per one-way trip, allowing riders to travel to their desired destinations within the service area. Riders utilizing HARTFlex & HARTPlus are required to schedule their rides in advance, with the option to pay for their trips using a variety of methods including credit card, cash, or check. Additionally, riders can also pre-pay for their trips to streamline the booking process. The program operates on a fixed schedule, offering a reliable transportation option for older adults needing to attend appointments, run errands, or socialize within the community. As part of its commitment to inclusivity, HARTFlex & HARTPlus allows riders to travel with their service animals, ensuring that individuals with disabilities have the support they need during their journeys. By providing accessible and convenient transportation services, this program aims to enhance the independence and mobility of older adults in the community.

The van may deviate up to 3/4 miles from the regular local bus route. Service is provided to Brandon, South County, Northdale, Town N' Country, and South Tampa. Call or visit online for more information about the System Map.
