Older adults aged 60 and above can benefit from this program as they are eligible for complimentary rides, while individuals under the age of 60 can access the service for a nominal fee of $2.00 per trip. To use the Rural Public Transit program, riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, typically a few days ahead of time, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
