The Transportation Assistance Program offers older adults the convenience of scheduled shared van rides at no cost. As a participant, you can book your rides a few days in advance for a seamless transportation experience. The program ensures you can travel to various destinations with ease, thanks to its curb-to-curb service, where vans pick you up and drop you off at specified locations. This program is designed to support older adults in maintaining their independence and attending important appointments or engaging in social activities without any transportation barriers.
