Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability. No membership is required.

This program offers affordable pricing with fees ranging from $3.50 to $4.50 depending on the destination, such as Lancaster, Sterling, Leominster, and Worcester. Riders are required to book their van rides a few days in advance to ensure availability. Payments can be made either by check or in cash, providing flexibility for participants. Participants in the Van Services program enjoy shared rides and transportation via a comfortable van. The program offers curb-to-curb transportation, making it easier for older adults to access essential services and appointments. It is recommended to schedule medical appointments between 9 am and 12 pm when arranging transportation through this program, to ensure timely drop-offs and pickups.
