Riders are encouraged to schedule their van rides in advance, allowing for proper trip arrangements. Payment for the service can be made in cash, and pre-payment options are also accepted. The program primarily operates through van transportation, ensuring comfortable and accessible rides for older adults to reach their desired destinations. It is important to note that scheduling Dial A Ride trips for non-medical purposes may involve trip negotiation, and return trips can be arranged after 8:30 pm if needed.
