Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Companion Program is a wonderful service designed to provide transportation assistance to older adults in our community. This program relies on generous donations to offer complimentary rides to those in need. Utilizing a car service, older adults can schedule rides in advance, ensuring they can attend appointments, run errands, or simply get to where they need to go with ease. When utilizing the Companion Program, older adults are encouraged to schedule their rides at least a few days in advance. One of the unique benefits of this program is the availability of a dedicated driver who is willing to wait for passengers as they complete their errands or attend appointments. This reliable and free-of-charge service aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and staying connected to their community.
