The Laker Limo Volunteer Transportation program offers affordable and convenient transportation options for older adults in the Skaneateles, Auburn, and Syracuse areas. Riders can utilize this service by making a donation, with suggested donation amounts of $2 for Skaneateles, $3 for Auburn, and $5 for the Syracuse area. The program operates on a van system, providing door-to-door transportation for older adults within the specified areas. To access this service, older adults are required to schedule their rides at least three days in advance. Reservations can be made by contacting the program and arranging the transportation details. Payment for the service is accepted by check, ensuring a straightforward and accessible process for older adults utilizing the program.
