SEATS and PwD Paratransit is considered a paratransit service, meaning it offers specialized transportation to individuals who may require assistance or accommodations.
Participants in this program can utilize various modes of transportation, including buses and trains, to reach their desired destinations. Payments can be made using cash, checks, or through pre-payment options, providing flexibility and convenience for riders. When scheduling trips through SEATS and PwD Paratransit, individuals are encouraged to plan in advance, with trip requests accepted up to 14 days ahead of time and no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before.
