Riders using the Public Transportation program are required to schedule their rides a few days in advance, ensuring that their transportation needs are met promptly. Payment options include check, pre-payment, credit card, and cash, offering flexibility for riders. The program utilizes vans to provide shared rides along fixed routes, allowing for a cost-effective and efficient way to travel. Additionally, riders can expect curb-to-curb transportation and are welcome to bring their service animals along for the journey.
