Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability.

The Transportation Services program offers convenient transportation options for older adults, catering to their various needs. With a simple flat-fee structure, this program provides rides via car, offering both Van Ambulatory & Volunteer services. For community trips, the pricing is $2.00 each way within the community and $4.00 each way outside the community. If traveling out of the county, the fee is $10.00 each way. Moreover, out-of-county trips under 80 total miles have a flat rate of $20.00, while longer trips include a mileage rate of $0.28 per loaded mile on top of the $20.00 flat rate. For those requiring wheelchair-accessible transportation, the program offers a base rate of $15 for all trips, with an additional $0.80 per loaded mile. To utilize this service, riders need to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring a smooth and timely journey. Payment for the transportation services can be made by check or in cash, and charges are calculated based on the distance traveled. Additionally, the program provides curb-to-curb transportation, emphasizing passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
