Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you are 60+ years old, you have a disability, or , and are a member or sign-up to become a member.

Buz-A-Bus is a community program designed to provide affordable transportation options for older adults in the area. By paying an annual membership fee of $30.00 and just $5.00 for each one-way ride, members can arrange convenient shared transportation in advance. Riders have the flexibility to schedule their trips a few days prior, ensuring they reach their destinations on time. Payment can be made by check or in cash, with the option to pre-pay for multiple rides for added convenience. This program offers curb-to-curb transportation services, accommodating older adults who may require assistance getting in and out of the vehicle. Additionally, riders can travel with their service animals, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive transportation experience. By utilizing Buz-A-Bus, older adults can maintain their independence and stay connected to their community with reliable and accessible transportation options.

The Buz-A-Bus goes everywhere within a five-mile radius of the CJFS offices on Montclair Road, including Crestwood, Downtown, Eastwood, Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Southside.
