The program accepts pre-payment and credit card payments for added convenience. Transportation is provided via car or van, with a maximum of 24 rides permitted per month for riders. This service offers curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring older adults are safely escorted to their desired locations. Moreover, Dial a Ride/Dial a Lift is inclusive of service animals, allowing riders to travel with their furry companions.
