Riders can enjoy curb-to-curb transportation, where they are picked up and dropped off at specified locations. The pricing structure of the Dial-A-Ride program is designed to accommodate different groups of riders. The general public is charged a flat fee of $4.00 per ride, with an additional charge of $0.25 for each mile traveled. Older adults aged 60 and above, as well as individuals with disabilities, benefit from a reduced fare of $2.00 per ride, with the same additional charge per mile. Riders have the option to pay for their trips using cash or check, providing flexibility in payment methods. By offering door-to-door transportation services and affordable pricing, the Dial-A-Ride program aims to support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and the general public in meeting their transportation needs.
