Riders are not charged a fee for this service; however, donations are encouraged to support the continuation of the program. Eligible participants can receive support with carrying packages or bags during their rides, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. To take advantage of this transportation benefit, older adults are required to schedule their rides at least one week in advance.
