Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have no other means of transportation. No membership is required.

The Medical Escort Program offers older adults private transportation services via car. While the program itself is free of charge, clients are asked to cover expenses such as parking fees and any additional costs incurred during the trip. In cases where the journey exceeds four hours, clients are also expected to cover the driver's meal costs as a common courtesy. The program provides a mileage reimbursement of up to 200 miles round trip; any distance beyond this limit would be the responsibility of the client. To utilize this program, older adults are required to schedule their rides at least a few days in advance through the convenient Rides In Advance service. By offering safe and reliable transportation for medical appointments and other essential trips, the Medical Escort Program aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and accessing necessary healthcare services.
