The Transportation Benefit Program offers convenient transportation services for older adults who may find it challenging to drive or use public transportation independently. Through this program, older adults can schedule shared rides several days in advance, ensuring they have reliable transportation to important appointments, social engagements, or errands. The program provides curb-to-curb transportation, meaning riders are picked up and dropped off directly at their destinations. Additionally, older adults are welcome to bring their service animals along for the ride. The program prioritizes the comfort, safety, and independence of older adults, helping them maintain their mobility and connection to the community.
