Connect On-Demand is a convenient public transit program designed to provide older adults with accessible transportation services. With this program, older adults can schedule rides in advance at no cost, offering the flexibility of on-demand travel using cars and vans for curb-to-curb transportation. Riders can book trips a few days ahead and are even allowed to bring their service animals along for the journey. It is important to note that on-demand trips must stay within the same zone per ride.
