Dial-a-Ride is a transportation program aimed at providing convenient and affordable mobility options for individuals who may require assistance due to age or disability. This program offers paratransit services, allowing older adults and ADA disabled persons to schedule curb-to-curb transportation for their various needs. With a standard fare of $9.00 per one-way trip, Dial-a-Ride offers a reduced rate of $4.50 for seniors over 65 and ADA disabled individuals.
Riders utilizing Dial-a-Ride are encouraged to book their trips in advance, enabling smoother coordination of shared rides to optimize efficiency. For added convenience, this program accepts various forms of payment including checks, cash, credit cards, and pre-payment options. Additionally, Dial-a-Ride welcomes service animals to accompany passengers during their travels, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive transportation experience for all individuals.

Dial-A-Ride is a origin-to-destination service available for only for LCT customers living and/or traveling to points within the Paratransit Boundary (an area 3/4 of a mile on either side of an existing fixed route bus line).
