Link Plus Paratransit- ADA offers convenient and accessible transportation services for individuals with disabilities or limitations that prevent them from using fixed-route public transportation. The program utilizes buses or trains for transportation, accommodating one or two-zone trips at affordable flat rates. For added convenience, riders can also opt for a punch card that can be used for multiple trips within the Link Plus Paratransit system. One of the key features of this program is the inclusion of shared rides, making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly transportation option. Eligible individuals can also take advantage of traveling on fixed routes at no charge by presenting their Link Transit-issued ID card as proof of eligibility. Payment options include cash, checks, and pre-payment, offering flexibility for riders to choose the most convenient method for them. Furthermore, Link Plus Paratransit- ADA prioritizes riders' comfort and safety by allowing service animals on board during their travels. Chelan and Douglas Counties. Service is provided up to ¾ of a mile beyond where the regular (non-commuter) fixed-route buses travel.
